Tompkins Ridge

This is client brought their design ideas sketched out on a piece of paper and after a few changes to improve the plan based on their priorities and budget we brought life to their ideas. Strategic building kept this home on budget with giving them custom features. Priorities included 4 bedrooms on the main level with walk-in closets, an open-concept design, functional spaces for day to day living, mudroom with a shower, and a good flow for entertaining.
